Terms draft

Terms of Use

Draft placeholder — these terms must be reviewed before SAMPLEMENT launches publicly.

This page is an early content draft for review, not final legal advice or a binding public policy.

Using the preview

SAMPLEMENT is an experimental music-discovery prototype. Features, catalogue details and account interactions may be incomplete or use demonstration data. Please use the preview for evaluation and feedback.

Submissions and content

The current prototype may let you create local records or crates in your browser. These actions do not publish or sync content to a production service. Any future public submission rules and rights responsibilities need to be documented before launch.

Changes before launch

This draft needs review to cover eligibility, acceptable use, intellectual property, availability, account termination, liability, governing law and the final service contact details.
